We meet in the lobby of the Europa hotel on the day of your event. It takes about 90 minutes in total from time of registration to finishing the abseil which also includes the instruction. The abseil company Belfast Activity Centre cover the insurance so basically all the abseiler has to do is turn up on the day. Your abseil time will be confirmed when when you submit your name. Comfortable clothing is advisable, jeans track suits trainers.

To cover the cost of staging this event we would kindly ask each participant to try to raise £100.
