It takes about 90 minutes in total from time of registration to finishing the abseil which also includes the instruction. The abseil company Belfast Activity Centre cover the insurance so basically all the abseiler has to do is turn up on the day. Your abseil time will be confirmed when when you submit your name. Comfortable clothing is advisable, jeans track suits trainers.

To cover the cost of staging this event we would kindly ask each participant to try to raise £100.

Fuse fm Ballymoney are having their annual  Charity Bed Push in Ballymoney on Saturday 26th November at 1pm to raise funds.  Street Collection from 11am to 3 pm with the money going to the NICLT.   Everybody Welcome.
