We are delighted to announce that this year the Fantasy Flight will take place on the 18th December. The aircraft and the resort are for our exclusive use for the entire day….and don’t worry, full medical back up is with us all the way, both in the air and the resort.
Just look what’s included………………

…a magical time!
After bidding farewell to Santa and finishing all of the out door  ‘Snow Fun’ activities it’s time for the Elves and Snow Princesses  to transfer us back to the Arctic Airport…It would seem like this trip of a lifetime is over but there is MORE in store as we have Christmas party on the way home, with plenty of entertainment, games, gifts, souvenirs, spot prizes and presents from Santa.
On landing at Belfast International Airport everybody leaving the fantasy flight has a smile on their face, a glow in their heart and a memory to cherish…..that’s thanks to all of you who helped make it happen!

Useful Tips for the Groups Travelling
Lapland is two hours ahead.
The flight is 3 hours.
The currency is Euro.

We have full medical back up in the air and in the resort.
We will visit the famous  -  Snow Village             http://www.snowvillage.fi/
The Trust provide hot meals onboard the aircraft and a non-stop buffet style lunch in the resort.
There are warm changing facitities in the resort.
There is a small souvineer shop in the resort, however the NICLT provide souvineers, gifts & toys.
There is very little day light.

Clothing

– The NICLT supply the ski gear, hats, gloves, scarves, socks and snow boots. Comfortable warm clothing is advisable to travel in.

Video & Camera equipment

– As it gets very cold in Lapland this can drain the batteries so it is best to keep the equipment in the thermal clothing we supply, likewise with the mobile phones.
All liquids must be no more than 100 mils.
Lip balm is useful!
Electric Supply – Battery charging – This can be done in the log cabin where lunch is served – two pin plug adaptors will be required.

There will be an ambulance in resort and the hospital in the area are aware of our arrival and the nature of the flight.
This is a fully escorted trip so there will be members from the Trust onhand at ALL times
